Actual start menu? That may be reason enough to upgrade. I dislike tiles, hence my affection for Windows 7. It's as close to 98/XP as I can get, and that's what I'm used to.
On a side note, I will never own a touchscreen because I ****ing detest people touching the screen. Just FYI. Older computer users will understand this.
